End User License Agreement

Effective date: June 3, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") applies to software, browser extensions, documentation, and related materials published through ElectrikLabs at labs.electrikcloud.io (collectively, the "Software"), unless a specific product page provides separate terms.

1. License grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the operator of ElectrikLabs ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for your internal business or personal purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or distribute the Software as a standalone product without permission.
  • Remove or alter proprietary notices in the Software.
  • Use the Software in violation of applicable law or third-party platform terms.

3. Third-party services

Some ElectrikLabs tools interact with third-party products such as accounting platforms, payment terminals, or cloud APIs. Those services are not provided by Licensor. Your use of them is governed by the respective third-party terms.

4. Project-specific terms

Individual projects may publish additional or superseding terms on their project pages. If there is a conflict between this site-wide Agreement and project-specific terms for a named product, the project-specific terms control for that product.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LICENSOR FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING.

7. Termination

You may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the Software and ceasing use. Licensor may terminate this Agreement if you breach it.
